High-efficiency coating machine is a kind of equipment used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Its main function is to coat a thin film on the surface of solid particles, such as tablets, capsules, candies or seeds. This film can be a sugar coating, a film coating or an enteric coating, which can not only improve the appearance of the product, but also cover up the bad taste of the main drug. More importantly, it can control the release rate and position of the drug in the body and improve the bioavailability of the drug.
Our BG coating machine is predominantly utilized in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. TABLET COATING MACHINE
PRINCIPLE
Under the rotation action of the coating roller,the tablets or pills to be coated make continuous movement in the roller.The peristaltic pump conveys the coating medlia to the spray gun for spraying them on the surfaces of the tablets or pills to be coated.Under negative pressure,the inlet air handling unit supplies clean hot air to the tablet bed according to the set procedures and process parameters to dry the tablets or pills.The hot air is discharged from the outlet air handing unit at the bottom of the layer of tablets or pills,so that the coating media sprayed on the tablets or pils rapidly form solid,dense,flat and smooth fim to complete the coating operation.

FEATURES
- The control system consisting of PLC and HMI is designed reasonably with flexible programming.meeting various pharmaceutical process requirements with reliable work and stable performance and conforming to GMP requirements.
- Under the action of the streamlined diversion plate mixer,the tablets or pills tum smoothly and exchange frequently.so that the occurrence of the tablets or pills dropping from high positions and colliding is eliminated,broken edges are avoided and the rate of finished products is enhanced.The upper surface of the diversion plate is narrow,avoiding the achesion of dressing onto its surface,saving the dressing and improving medicine quality.
- The retum flow pipe is canceled in the constant pressure variable peristaltic pump.The rotation radius of the roller changes with the change of pressure,so that the output paste and paste volume are automaticaly balanced,the atomizing effect is stabiized,the spray system is optimized,the blocking of the spray gun is avoided,the dressing is saved.In addition,it is easy to clean without any dead comers.
- It adopts the new type spray gun with even atomizing,large spraying area,adjustable direction.The nozzle is not affected by the loading voiume,the device for cleaning the blocked spray gun can ensure continuous coating,shorten coating time and save coating dressing.
- Quantitatve display and control of technical parameters are reallzed.SOP operaton can be compiled to guide the operation by using quantitative indicators and ensure the consistency of quality of each batch of medicines,fully meeting GMP requirements.
MOVEABLE CLEANING MACHINE
PRINCIPLE
The pressure in the boostng pump is used to convey the mixture of the cleaning liquid and the deslred water source.Though diffierent water source connections,diffierent water inlet valves can be operated according to the needs to connect with water souces the detergent adding volume is controled by valve then after mixing enters into boosting pumb.Under the action of the boosting pump,flow output is formed within the pressure range of the pump according to the parameters in the pump height-fow performance table.The output flow changes with the change of pressure.

FEATURES
- This equipment can be equipped with three-way or one-way water pipe inlet, which can provide users with a variety of choices; the water outlet can be connected to a three-way or four-way joint, which can be used by several machines at the same time, which is convenient and fast.
- This equipment is equipped with 2 360-degree rotating cleaning balls, 2 fan-shaped smelling heads in the pot, and 2 fan-shaped nozzles at the exhaust port. The barrel cleaning process can be completed by one person.
- The bottom of the equipment is equipped with casters for easy movement.
- The structure is simple and easy to install and disassemble.

The air is sucked in by the centrifugal fan, passes through the primary, medium and high three-stage overspeed to reach 100,000-level purification, and then passes through the heat exchanger (steam or electric heating) and blown into the main unit roller, and is equipped with a vibration reduction device.
