WZH-120 automatic bottle cartoning machine is a high-tech products with light,electricity,gas,machine integration. Suitable for bottles(round,square) cosmetics, food, health products and similar items automatic cartoning. The working process is transferring bottles or articles; pharmaceutical’s instruction transferring(can be set to automatically fold 1-4); automatic box opening and transferring then push bottle and instruction into cartons;and complete the automatic printing batch number and sealing both ends of carton. All frame is made of stainless steel,working table is covered by plexiglas doors and windows,meet the pharmaceutical industry”GMP”standards. Transmission part of the design of the overload protection,set up emergency stop devices,man-machine interface screen control system to protect the personal safety of the operator.
